The US spends billions on youth soccer every year. Yet still fails consistently to develop world-class players. The system and structure is poorly planned and governed with no synergy or cooperation. It misleads parents, abuses power, wastes resources and ignores the needs of the players and families it is supposed to cater to. In the US we are famous for innovation but our youth soccer system is awful.

We need to Raise our Game.

Can we create the world's most effective, technologically advanced, synergistically intergrated soccer development ecosystem? While making elite player development more affordable, measurable and accessible? Can we also create a healthy margin but with a solution that works for everyone?

The answer is yes and we are already doing it.

The system isn't failing because American kids lack talent.

It's failing because the system rewards:
